My name is Steve Cock; I am the owner of The Royal Oak Inn, a country pub in the middle of a small village in The Yorkshire Dales.
We had a web site that was looking old, tired and not very up to date, we did not get many hits at all, and it was that old on some more modern devices it would not work at all. As a good web site was needed to generate business and promote our business it was time to do something about it.
After lots of searching around and not sure where to go we were put in touch with Linda Neale of LJN Consulting, we had an initial chat after she had looked at out old web site, we chatted about what we wanted a web site to do, what we wanted on it and what was the best web site for us.
I do not have a clue when it comes to computers and web sites, Linda was very understanding, helpful, explained what she thought we wanted, she was so easy to talk with and understood everything that our business needed.
After our initial chat she went away and created a new web site for us, it was fantastic, it looked modern, trendy, classy and made you actually want to look around the site to see what was on offer, it was so easy to use and find out information about our pub, information like menus, bed and breakfast details, special events, location, history of the pub, the photos Linda used were great, showed everything about The Royal Oak and amazing quality too.
Our web site really works now, it can be viewed on any device, we get loads of hits, were getting new customers from the site because it has got on it every bit of information needed, customers have commented about how good and classy the site looks.
Linda from LJN Consulting keeps our site up to date and looking great, she really had her work cut out when she took us on as a customer because I am rubbish with this stuff, she is so easy to work with and get along with and the quality of her work is amazing, I would recommend any one looking to re-vamp a site or create a new one to talk to LJN Consulting.
